By entering the race, you agree to accept these terms and conditions and abide by the rules of UK Athletics. www.uka.org.uk/competitions/rules/
Entrants to the Bognor Prom 10k Road Race must be 15 years or older on the day of the race.
Taking part in a 10k is a very rewarding experience, however it is not to be undertaken lightly. You need to be physically fit to complete the distance. If in doubt consult your doctor. Do not take part if you are feeling unwell.
By entering this event, you are confirming that should you require any medical treatments during your attendance at the Bognor Prom 10k, whether before, during or after the actual run, they may be administered by the events’ official medically qualified personnel.
An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/herself/their self, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
Under UKA rule 240 S5 the wearing of headphones, or similar devices, (other than those medically prescribed), is not permitted in races on any single-carriageway road that is not wholly closed to traffic. Some sections on the Bognor Prom 10k course do have traffic coming in the opposite direction to runners and are therefore not wholly closed.
All runners are required to complete emergency contact and medical information details on the back of their race number. Please complete the relevant medical details on the back of the race number if you have any medical condition or are taking any medication(s).
Overseas competitors should contact us at entries.bognor10k@gmail.com to indicate a UK forwarding address or their race packs will be held to be collected from the Marquee in the Race Village on Race Day.
No refunds are available
No deferrals are available
Transfers are possible to do through the online booking system using the link in the confirmation email.
If the entry is transferred after the race numbers have sent out, the number must be passed to the competitor. The information on the back of the number must be correct for the person running the race
