About Sage House:
At Sage House in Tangmere and through our Community Outreach across West Sussex, we provide the latest support, information, advice and activities for people living with dementia and their families. We bring local services together under one roof to provide individually tailored services supporting anyone affected by dementia from pre-diagnosis and continuing throughout the entire dementia journey.
Our unique and free of charge Wayfinding service provides advice and emotional support for people affected by dementia, their families, and carers. Wayfinding is available on the phone, by email or face to face either at Sage House or at our Community Outreach sessions. Our Day Breaks respite service provides specialist day care for people living with dementia. Other facilities include, daily activities, a community café, a dementia friendly hair salon and therapy room, as well as a hoisted bath. As a charity we have to raise £1.2million pounds a year and only 4% of our annual income comes from Government, NHS or local authority. Your support enables us to continue providing life changing services, putting those with dementia at the heart of what we do, and growing services to meet the rising need.
Chief Operations Officer, Emma Radley: “We are incredibly grateful to be the chosen charity for the Bognor Prom10k 2025. As a local charity, the funds raised will make a tremendous difference to the lives of local people living with dementia, enabling them to get the advice and support they need. Anyone living in Bognor Regis and surrounding areas who is in need of dementia support can contact Sage House on 01243 888691 to find out more about the help we have available.”
